TNS in Ukraine was founded in 2001 as a result of the merger of SOCIS Gallup International and MMI Ukraine. In its work TNS in Ukraine adheres to the main international market research codes — ESOMAR, as well as to the market research quality standards set by the Ukrainian Market Association. TNS was the first marketing research agency in Ukraine, that implemented the quality management system ISO 9001:2000 in 2005. Since 2005, the company’s quality system operates continuously and is constantly improving.
In May 2009, TNS in Ukraine has received the certificate of the new version of the international quality management standard ISO 9001: 2008.
In April 2011, TNS was the first company in Ukraine, certified by «Bureau Veritas» under the international standard ISO 20252: 2006 «The market, opinion polls and sociological studies.» The company now corresponds to two international quality standards — ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 20252: 2006.
